Service Description:
Akers' Gym for Kids LLC is entirely owned by Joyce Akers and is a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company (LLC).
Akers' Gym for Kids LLC circuit program is composed of hydraulic equipment and fun cardiovascular activities. Our circuit stations consists of hydraulic equipment for every major muscle group, aerobic steps, hula hoops, jump ropes, skip its, and playground balls that are designed for children. Hydraulic equipment has proved to be safe on joints and bones and offers resistance which helps develops lean muscle density and strength without muscle soreness.
Heart rates are checked to make sure kids are maintaining their target zone for exercising. Kids move from station to station in intervals making it fun working out together. Akers' Gym for Kids LLC circuit program helps children develop strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, and social skills in a fun, safe, non-competitive environment. We at Akers' Gym for Kids LLC understand and emphasize the importance of safety in our circuit program. Our staff and hydraulic equipment makes Akers’ Gym for Kids a safe place for kids of all ages to work out. |
