Service Description:
Our goal at the Western Are YMCA is to build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all. The Health and Wellness area at the Western Area YMCA provides members with the equipment necessary to do so. It consists of a state-of-the-art cardiovascular room with cardio theatre, strength training and nautilus studios. Programs such as yoga and pilates help to build a "stong mind" and programs such as youth sports, summer day camps and school age child care help to build "strong kids." |
