Bikram Yoga Dallas is the first and largest Bikram Yoga studio in Dallas (the original "Hot Yoga"). Bikram Yoga is a fun, challenging and invigorating 90 minute work out for all levels, designed to improve your physical strength, balance and flexibility. The series features two breathing exercises and 26 hatha yoga postures, practiced in a heated room.
