FitnessWorks consists of 42,000 sq. ft. of cardiovascular equipment, strength training equipment, aquatics, racquetball courts, squash courts, massage therapy, personal training and group exercise facilities with great programs such as yoga, kickboxing, group cycling, and Pilates.
In our gym, one can enjoy basketball, floor hockey, volleyball, and walleyball.
