Service Description:
Salon Exclusives is a full service Aveda Concept salon offering the full-line of complimentary Aveda value-added signature services. The salon also offers the Aveda family of retail products in conjunction with the Aveda color line.
The vision at Salon Exclusives is to create better, happier and more fulfilling surroundings through positive experiences shared with every individual we touch.
Our well-established training program forms the foundation of our success. Cosmetology graduates of the Aveda Institute begin their career as technicians-to-be in our “Pure Talent” Training Program. At that level, they receive a combination of weekly hands-on and classroom training from one of our Directors of Education and daily training and experience assignments working hands-on with our more senior employees. They also have the opportunity to attend additional advanced training provided by the Aveda Institute.
The intensive training will ensure that we are mutually confident of their abilities prior to receiving clientele. Our Pure Talent members remain in training for an average of 12-14 months until they have mastered the twelve points of difference in the Aveda experience. .
From the Pure Talent level, they advance through the four stylist levels at the salon: Designer, Senior Designer, Director and Senior Director.
