To accomplish this he uses a variety of anxiety eliminating techniques. These include a simple 5-minute anxiety cure (Dr. Mansky’s Simple 5 minute Anxiety Cure), Nitrous Oxide gas (a gas that eliminates anxiety without putting you to sleep), pain-free injections and if still needed, medication to further reduce the difficulty some people have in the dental office.
