Hello!~ i know that this might seem really weird! but... instead of losing i'm actually trying to GAIN weight in the areas where most women want to lose. im trying to gain some hips, thighs, and a butt!

So if you could please help me get what i'm been dreaming and desperately want and need. ide really appreciate it. i've already asked 2 doctors already and i havent received any response from either of them, so i''m really hoping to here to response

There are only two ways to gain weight....
#1 - and the way that most people do it... EAT MORE.... Yes eating more than your daily caloric levels to maintain your current weight will of course cause you to put on pounds.. But unfortunately you probably as you suggested, will put it on in all the wrong places.....
My best advice is to first make sure that you know your base line for weight maintanence and you are tracking your daily caloric intake for at least one
week. You really need to track total calories consumed as well as your macronutrient ratios ( carbs, proteins, and fats ). ....
You will then, need to boost your daily caloric intake in the 200-400 calorie range depending on how many pounds you want to gain.
Thats only the first part of the overall equation, though because you will also need to make sure that your current activity levels support the additional intake of daily calories. In this situation, your best fitness focus should be with an overall total body fitness training plan that includes only limited amounts of cardio and a nice hefty dose of resistance
training. Your training should include a large portion of lower body leg and hip exercises with both the lunge and squat at the top of your training
list. Resistance training is one of the best ways to add muscle weight as you support your increase in food consumption.
So a Balanced Meal Plan and Resistance Training as your focus is the perfect recipe for gaining weight, but making sure that you create the shape that you are looking for.......
