Dear Sirs, I had my hair relaxed and colored in Conyers Georgia in December. The stylist had six clients working on at the same time so she handed me over to an assistant. I told the assistant I was burning after being left for over half hour with color after the relaxer. My hair has broken off tremendously now. How do I file a complaint?

My suggestion would be for you to contact the salon and speak with the service provider first. Then, ask to speak with the Manager or Owner. They should be able to help you with some sort of resolution. If you don't get anywhere with that, then I would suggest just not referring your friends/neighbors/co-workers to this salon.
Unfortunately, there's not much more to do beyond that. The salon that you went to, though, should be able to handle the situation professionally and appropriately. Good luck to you!
