I died my hair from medium dark brown to a level 6 auburn about 2 months ago, then tried a non permanent auburn one month after that. I now have my darker roots growing out and I am considering going to a level 4 warm brunette. should i be concerned about roots showing after wards?

Well, yes and no. When you do a single process all-over color...there's always going to be new growth showing. If you are concerned about keeping up with it, I would suggest to stay as close to your natural hair color and play with the different tones/shine you get from coloring your hair.
I would also like to suggest to do a color consultation with a professional. Talk to them about the color history of your hair to make sure that you are on the same page. Good luck to you!
