I have a spot on the back of my jeans where all the fabric meets in the middle that is darker than the rest of my pants. It looks like a wet spot but it isn't, neither is it a stain. I hate walking around in them because I'm afraid people will think I have a big wet spot! How can I get rid of this?? Thanks!!

A: Sorry for this awful situation, I have been there. Thankfully distressed jeans are in. So what you can do is brush the cotton down. Take a nail brush and a bit of detergent and brush away. What you are doing is fading the dye from that one spot of the fabric that absorbed too much. You may also want to try a very little bit of Clorox mixed with water and brush that in as well. If using this technique use caution.
