I'm 43 years old and have very, very, oily skin. My question is what do you recommend for foundation. At present I use Elizabeth Arden Cerimide Foundation. My skin looks greasey!
When deciding which product will work great on your particular skin you really have to read your ingredients label.
Elizabeth Arden’s Cerimide Foundation contains good things for the skin but these 'good’ things can cause your skin you look greasey. You have stuff to minimize lines and you have a sunscreen which adds more pigment to the product so yes you probably would have an oil slick on your face especially if your skin is somewhat oily already. I’m guessing that you like this product because it minimizes lines and wrinkles right?
Try using an oil-free primer first like Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer Spf15 with Dermaxyl Complex. This product is the greatest thing since Lycra! It actually moisturizes the skin reduces the appearance lines and wrinkles and it goes on clear so no one will be the wiser!
Also try using Elizabeth Arden’s Mouuse Makeup instead for an almost airbrush effect.
