   <description>Q: I am putting on some pounds. How do I set realistic goals? I've done the yo-yo dieting thing, and frankly diets turn me off and I don't want to sink money in to a gym membership. Also I'm extremely busy, my days are packed with activity, and I have not found the proper motivation to get back in the groove again. Any advice.&lt;br>&lt;br>Q: I’m a 24-year-old male college student and I’m getting older. How do I start taking better care of myself?&lt;br>&lt;br>Q: All my friends are skinny and can wear a bikini and look good but me, I don’t wear a bikini. I don't like my thighs or my stomach. What do I do?? Do you have any advice???</description>
